We ship worldwide.

2. Delivery Time

5–25 business days on average (customs or remote areas may take longer).

3. Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. No processing on weekends or holidays.

4. Tracking

The tracking number and carrier information will be sent by email once the order is dispatched.

5. Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.

6. Failed Deliveries

Incorrect or incomplete addresses that cause the package to be returned will require a reshipping fee.

7. Delays

NORTHWICK is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
